He co-founded RJT Compuquest (now DBA Apolis) in 1997 with his wife, Rita, and together they have grown the company into one of the foremost SAP and Oracle partners in the western United States.
Amar holds a Bachelor of Science from St. John’s College in India. After moving to the U.S., he earned his MBA from Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business and completed the Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School. An avid reader and world traveller, Amar takes every opportunity to explore new customs, cultures and global business trends.
Sanjiv is a seasoned service industry professional with more than 25 years of experience in Customer & Client servicing and business operations. With an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management, Norway, Sanjiv comes with extensive experience in process excellence and engineering, managing service standards and has been instrumental in integrating technologies for enhancing business efficiencies at key customer touch points. He has worked with leading Indian brands like TATA, Birla, Reliance, Escorts and Zee group and holds more than 20 years of expertise in Hospitality, Telecom, and DTH industries at strategic and function management levels, and now into HR solutions. He is an analytical and data-based decision-maker, believes in building winning teams and creates a positive & stress-free yet efficient working environment.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Sanjiv is a published author of a book, ‘Building Brand You, Essentials of corporate success’ by Rupa Publications. He likes to pen down situation poems, paints canvas occasionally and loves to cook like a pro. He aspires to preach the art of attaining good health naturally and is a sincere & passionate health enthusiast.
